Rimfire Ballistics calculator

Free from Rimfire Builds. Drop and wind from 25 to 200 yd, a zeroing assistant and printable DOPE cards. Runs entirely in your browser and keeps working offline once loaded. No account needed.

Estimates only. Rimfire drag data is sparse, and .22 LR flies right through the transonic region, where single-BC models are least accurate. Check every number against real drops at real distances with your own rifle and ammo lot before you rely on it.
Load & rifle
Pick a sourced preset or type in your own numbers. A chronographed velocity beats any box number.

CCI lists BC .120 (drag model not stated; treated as G1). [source]

Wind & atmosphere
Wind angle is the clock direction the wind blows from, in degrees: 90° = 3 o’clock, full value from the right. Altitude defaults to 3000 ft (Utah) using the standard atmosphere.

Air: 48.3 °F · 26.82 inHg · density 91.5% of standard sea level · speed of sound 1105 fps

Drop: + = above the line of sight. The Dial column is the elevation to dial (U = up). Wind: L/R is the direction of drift; hold or dial the opposite way. Mach values near 1.0 fall in the transonic zone, where uncertainty is highest.
