In the US, a rimfire can't meet the centerfire power factor (Skills division only). In the UK Rimfire Series, a light hunting T1x (e.g. the T1x Hunter) is well suited.

Rules, divisions & equipment limits

The US 2026 rules we read are centerfire: weight-based divisions (Open Light ≤ 12 lb, Open Heavy ≤ 16 lb) with a minimum power factor of 380,000, plus a Skills division. NRL Hunter UK runs a separate .22 LR Rimfire Series: bolt action only, 20–250 m, no power factor, ties broken by rifle weight, sealed factory ammo only.

Scoring

Points for first- and second-round hits on unknown-distance targets within a stage time.
